Why should you get a VIP Black Bowl?
I’m a huge proponent of excessive salad dressing… I’m talking buckets full of the stuff. Hosing down a bed of mesclun, pesto chicken and feta cheese with a fruity vinaigrette dressing, to me, defines a successful lunch outing. The only problem? Co-Workers. Many are shocked when they see the ‘dressing level’ (compare to water level) of my bright green salad bowl. They tell me, “Why even eat a salad if you’re going to overload it with that much dressing?” Well, they just don’t GET it.
